Kevin Ward oversees Envoy’s ground handling policies and procedures, directing its ground handling operations and supervising four Customer Service regions spanning more than 50 cities. Envoy offers ground handling services for numerous flights within the American Airlines Group.

With over 25 years of aviation expertise, Kevin has previously served as Vice President of the DFW hub and has held various Regional Managing Director positions during his tenure at Envoy.

Originally from New York, Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. His career commenced at American Airlines in Rochester in 1987, where he started as a Fleet Service Clerk.
