Migdoel Rosa

Vice President
MIA Hub

Migdoel Rosa oversees Envoy’s airport operations at its Miami hub and across Florida. With more than three decades of experience within the company, he has held various managerial roles.

Beginning his career in the airline industry with American Airlines Ramp Services, Migdoel served as Ramp Services Manager for American Eagle Airlines. Throughout his tenure, he occupied several positions, including Ramp Service Manager, Passenger Service Manager, and General Manager, eventually ascending to the role of Vice President of International Operations.

Under Migdoel’s leadership, Envoy’s operations at MIA have undergone significant transformation. From its humble beginnings as a small, secluded operation with fewer than 40 daily flights in 2011, it has evolved into a pioneering ground handler commanding the entire Envoy system. It has become the second-largest employer in the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD), boasting a diverse and intricate operation spanning the entire airport. This transformation has not only enhanced Envoy’s brand but has also maintained a robust flying business alongside a dynamic ground handling operation.

Migdoel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is a licensed aircraft dispatcher.
