When collecting Personal Information from you, Envoy will, where required by applicable law, inform you whether your provision of the requested information is voluntary or mandatory and, if mandatory, the consequences of not providing it. Where required by local law, you may have the right to access, request a copy of, update, transfer or port, restrict the processing of, or request that we delete your Personal Information.
