Benefits

All work and no play… is boring.

That’s why Envoy is excited to offer a competitive total rewards package that few other companies can match. Our benefits, along with many other employment privileges, are extended to family members.

Benefits

Envoy offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes: three medical options, two dental options, vision and basic life and AD&D insurance for employees and their families. In addition to our core benefits offerings, employees have a variety of optional benefits to choose from, such as, short and long term disability, voluntary life & AD&D insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal plan, health savings account and flexible spending accounts.

Savings & Retirement

Employees can take advantage of a number of financial benefits, including an employee credit union, 401(k) with matching funds, and performance incentives.

Vacation and Sick Days

Envoy offers an attractive vacation accrual and pay policy, beginning with one week of paid vacation for employees who have worked with us for their first year and culminating in 4 weeks for those who have been with us 14 years and more. For most workgroups, sick day benefits accrue at a rate of 2.5 hours per month with maximum paid time off accrual of 300 hours. Envoy allows 11 paid days off per year.

Career Development

Our employees are encouraged to grow professionally, which is why we give them the support and resources they need to reach their full potential – including a wide range of job-based and personal enrichment training through classroom and online resources, and access to an online internal job search tool for exploring other opportunities within Envoy.

Transparency in Coverage

The Transparency in Coverage Final Rule and Texas House Bill 2090 requires disclosure of the negotiated rates with in-network providers and the historic allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers, for all health plans available to employers. Click this link to learn more.
