Deesha Desai is in charge of Envoy’s extensive ground-handling operations at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), along with overseeing multiple airport operations across the Western U.S. Previously, she held the position of Managing Director Customer Services Planning, where her duties included establishing policies, procedures, and staffing requirements for all ground handling teams.

Deesha embarked on her career in 2006 as a Station Agent and swiftly progressed to higher roles, serving as General Manager for various airports before transitioning to a leadership role at Envoy Headquarters.

Originally from Beaufort, S.C., Deesha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She also holds a Global Leadership Executive MBA degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
