Linda Kunz

Linda Kunz oversees Envoy’s Flight Service department, where she manages a team of 2,000 Flight Attendants responsible for delivering service on Envoy’s flights across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

With extensive experience in the airline industry, Linda has not only held management positions but has also served customers directly on the front lines. She began her career as a flight attendant with Ozark Air Lines, later transitioning to Trans World Airlines (TWA) after their acquisition of Ozark.

During her tenure at TWA, Linda occupied various staff and line roles across Inflight Services, Flight Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Safety, and Training. Progressing steadily within the organization, she ultimately assumed the role of Director of Inflight Operations, where she supervised TWA’s inflight communications, policies and procedures, duty-free services, in-seat catalog, and website. Following the merger of TWA with American in April 2001, Linda continued her career at Envoy, holding her current position as Vice President – Flight Service.

Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University.
