The Pan-American Games, a summer sporting event that draws thousands of athletes every four years to participate in a variety of competitions, drew to a close yesterday in Toronto (YYZ), and the Envoy team was ready and waiting to escort the competitors home.

The 16-day event kicked off earlier this month, prompting Envoy’s team in Toronto to make preparations weeks in advance to handle the influx of customers. Sporting new team T-shirts, they carefully monitored load factors and adjusted staffing as needed to ensure a smooth operation. After the last of the competitors head home this week, they plan to celebrate a successful visit!
