Training

For those that have their FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, Envoy will pay you while you get fleet qualified on multiple aircraft types. Envoy is committed to training our technicians to become fleet-certified, “nose to tail” and offers many training opportunities both on-the-job and online.

A&P Mechanics selected for new hire training will complete 4 weeks of classroom instruction followed by a minimum of 2 weeks on-the-job-training led by industry-leading instructors, taught to mainline standards.

Compensation

Mechanic wages are governed by the contract agreed upon between Envoy and the Transport Workers Union (TWU), and are competitive with other regional airlines. Envoy also provides:

A&P Mechanic Military Transition Program

The Envoy Military Transition Program (MTP) is designed to help veterans use their skills and military experience to obtain an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license and transition to our Maintenance team.
