Birds of a feather flock together at SAFECON

On October 31, members of Envoy Pilot Recruitment, along with the Vice President of Flight Operations, Captain Ric Wilson, paid a visit to the NIFA Region IX SAFECON competition, sponsored by Envoy.

The week-long competition was held at the Auburn University Regional Airport where Envoy brought an Embraer 175 for a show and tell. The E175 was available for touring and photo ops to allow students to get up close and personal with the aircraft. During the visit, the Southeastern Raptor Center stopped by with some special guests (including Nova, an Auburn War Eagle!) and shared info about their work rehabilitating wildlife.

Envoy Pilot Recruiter and Auburn Alumni, Captain Scott Deavers was in attendance for the week of competitions and shared,”It is always exciting to be able to return to The Plains and work with the flight students of Auburn. I look forward to flying with many of them soon here at Envoy! War Eagle!”
