60 second interview: Danielle Griffin

Danielle is a People Services Manager, based at Envoy Headquarters. She joined Envoy in 2016 and currently a business partner for our Air Operations and Corporate Admin workgroups.

What is the best advice you’ve received?

Be your best at all times. The tape is always rolling and somebody is always watching. When your name is called, what do you want people to say or think about you? I strive to promote professionalism and positivity in my life – both inside and outside of work.

What keeps you motivated in a fast-pasted industry like aviation?

I’m fairly new to aviation and spent more than 10 years in manufacturing and distribution. While the two industries are different, what remains the same is the people. As part of our People Services team , I’m part of a group that helps support our people and company in achieving its goals. All the dots connect and we all have a part to play.

What’s the most rewarding part of your current position?

Right now I’m a Field Services Manager and a Business Partner, so I find it very rewarding to lead a fantastic group of people who support the company’s greatest asset – the employees who keep the operation running.

What might people not know about you?

I love the arts, and try to plan my trips around museums I can visit. I also paint  in my spare time using oil and acrylic.
