Students at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida (DAB) are starting off the school year with a smile on their face, after seeing an Envoy-operated Embraer 175 aircraft up close for the day last Saturday.

“This is an important time of year, as many students are heading back to school and freshmen form their first impressions of the airlines they could one day fly for,” said Envoy Manager of Pilot Outreach, Martin Rottler. “Embry Riddle is an important Cadet partner school for us, and we’re working hard to encourage the next generation of pilots from schools like these to join Envoy once they reach their FAA minimums.”

“I’d like to thank the entire recruiting team for representing Envoy so well,” added Vice President Flight Operations, Capt. Ric Wilson, who volunteered for the charter. “More than 250 students saw our aircraft, talked to our recruiters and got to learn what Envoy is all about.”
