The Envoy team at Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) are finding unique ways to promote Safety at the hub. For the last month, the team has been sporting their best ‘staches to show off during the hub’s monthly safety meeting.
“This started with our supervisors and managers, and quickly spilled over into our agents, too,” said DFW Shift Manager, Duane Pelzel. “Passenger Services Agent Ashton Hacker came up with the idea and it very quickly caught on. We’re all doing our part to make sure safety is top of everyone’s mind, and lips, too!”
