For this installment, we hear from Maria Mayoli, who is a the Managing Director of Customer Services at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

What makes you proud?

My team, in a hub environment where everything changes really fast they always make things happen.

Who inspires you?

My parents, they always inspired me to be the best at anything that I do.

What do you love most about your job?

The ability to develop and help others along the way.

If you were not in the aviation industry, what other job would you do?

The hotel industry somewhere near a beach, that’s my happy place.
