New referral bonus for Customer Services employees at select locations

Posted

Know someone who already works for Envoy? Ask them for their Employee ID and include it on your Customer Services job application and they’ll receive a $1,000 bonus when you complete your probationary period (typically six months).

Here’s how it works

  • Visit envoyair.com/careers to begin your application.
  • Under “How did you hear about this position,” enter your friend’s six-digit employee ID. Take care to check that this number is correct to avoid issues.
  • Complete the rest of the application, attend an interview and pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Complete your probationary period (typically six months) with the company.
  • Ask your friend to buy you lunch with their referral check.

Rules & Terms

  • The referral bonus runs October 2 through December 31, 2021. Candidates must apply during this time and specify the referring employee as part of their application in order for the referring employee to be eligible for a payout.
  • This referral bonus is only available for Envoy employees.
  • All referrals must be through an application made on envoyair.com/careers. No referrals after submitting a completed job application will be accepted.
  • Candidates must be external – transfers from other locations, including outstations, are not eligible.
  • Both the employee who makes the referral and the referred new hire employee must be on Envoy payroll at the time of payout. Payout will be up to 60 days after the referred new hire employee completes his or her probationary period (typically six months).
  • Envoy will gross up this bonus, so the employee who makes the referral will receive a full $1,000 after tax.
  • Any manager involved in the direct hiring or job performance of a referral candidate is not eligible for this bonus. However, hiring managers can still receive a referral bonus for a different eligible position or location.
  • Envoy reserves the right to cancel, update or adjust this bonus at any time.
