What inspired you to pursue a career in aviation?
On the weekends, my grandparents would take me to the airport, where I would sit on the console between the two front seats. I would reach through the sunroof to touch the aircraft overhead as they landed. Such fond memories! From an early age, it was clear to me that I had chosen the environment in which I wanted to work.
Can you tell us about your career path and what led you to your current position?
My aviation journey began in the United Kingdom, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence. In 2021, I moved to Canada with my family to continue my studies and was fortunate enough to continue working in this industry.
