Last month, the Envoy and American teams at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) came together on the ramp to celebrate their recent win of the American Airlines Customer Cup for the first quarter of 2025 (1Q25).
Team LAX never shies away from a big celebration – and this event was no different. From the onsite food truck cooking fresh burgers to the miniature Customer Cup trophies each person got to keep to the safety-themed games that entered participants into a raffle drawing for a brand new TV, everyone from both Envoy and American were able to join in the fun throughout the entire day.
“The strong collaboration skills between the Envoy and American teams here at LAX cannot be understated, and this Customer Cup win just reinforces that fact,” said Envoy Vice President of LAX Hub Operations Deesha Desai. “I’m incredibly proud of our team for winning the Cup this quarter and that this celebration was such a success because it was well-deserved.”
