2025 President’s Award Winner: Keise Zoltan

Keise Zoltan began her journey at Envoy nine years ago as a Gate Agent and has steadily advanced through the company. Today, she proudly serves as a Crew Pay Services Manager at Envoy Headquarters (EHQ).

“Kiese has spent many days in the run up to the implementation of the new system working late hours and weekends, forgoing opportunities to travel and spend time with family,” said one nominator. “She loves to travel and has gone the past year without any leisure travel, in an effort to ensure the new system is given all of her attention.”

That dedication is what earned Keise the 2024 President’s Award! Read on to learn more about Keise and what has led to her success.

What inspired you to pursue a career in aviation? 

I’ve always had a deep love for travel, and aviation offered the perfect opportunity to turn that passion into a career. I was inspired by the chance to be part of a global industry that connects people and places across the world. The travel benefits were a bonus, but what truly drew me in was the opportunity to understand the inner workings of what makes global travel possible. Being able to apply my skills in problem-solving within such a dynamic and impactful industry has been incredibly rewarding.

Can you tell us about your career path and what led you to your current position?        

I began my career with Envoy in 2016 as a gate agent at DFW. Within a few months, I transitioned into a scheduler role, where I gained valuable insight into operations. I was later selected to join the Crew Pay team as an auditor. That experience provided a strong foundation in operational processes and compliance, ultimately paving the way for my current role as a manager.

What do you believe sets your approach to work apart from others?

I bring a strong sense of leadership and teamwork to everything I do. I believe in uplifting others, being solution-oriented, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Are there any memorable moments or significant milestones in your career that stand out to you?

A significant milestone for me was the opportunity to grow within Crew Pay. The moment I was informed I’d been promoted to a Manager role was a powerful reminder that I work for a company that truly values my contributions.

How do you stay motivated and maintain high standards in your work?

My motivation stems from the passion I have for the work I do. That passion drives me to maintain high standards and continually strive for excellence.

What is your favorite part about working at Envoy? 

My favorite part about working at Envoy is being part of a company that truly values its employees. It’s rewarding to work for an organization that not only recognizes hard work and dedication but also provides opportunities for growth and career development. That sense of support and belonging has made a meaningful difference in my journey here.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of your career so far?

The most rewarding aspect of my career has been ensuring that our crewmembers are compensated accurately and fairly. Knowing that my work directly supports their trust in the system and contributes to their overall satisfaction make my role especially meaningful and fulfilling.

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is that hard work truly pays off. Staying committed and consistent brings real results over time.

Are there any hobbies or interests outside of work that you’re passionate about?

Outside of work, I love traveling with my family to explore new cultures, try unique cuisines, and discover scenic beaches where I can relax and soak up the sun.
