The Fort Myers, Florida (RSW) team is back—and better than ever! With their latest win for 2Q25, they’ve added a fifth American Airlines Customer Cup to their growing trophy case, a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service.
Their journey to the top began in 4Q16 when they clinched their first Cup. But they didn’t stop there. In a remarkable streak, the team secured three consecutive wins in Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2023, showcasing consistency, resilience, and a deep dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Now, with their fifth win, they’ve solidified their place as one of the top-performing stations in the region.
During the team’s celebration, Scott Clementi, American Airlines Managing Director for the East Region, praised the team’s achievement, saying: “Fort Myers is in a very competitive category, and I don’t think this will be your last win!”
Alongside visiting leaders, the Envoy and American teams at RSW gathered for a festive event complete with cake and celebration, recognizing the hard work, dedication, and collaboration that made this achievement possible.
Maria Mayoli, Envoy RSW General Manager, said “There is no way we could do this without the collaboration from all of you. This is your win!” while Scott added “We don’t do this on our own. We do this within the community that is an airport.”
