A Real American Hero in Beaumont

Posted

When Beaumont (BPT) Lead Agent Ron Beasley spotted a wheelchair customer in distress, he approached to find the customer suffering a possible heart attack. While helping the customer to the ground and administering first aid, Ron called local paramedics, who arrived in less than a minute to administer care.

“Ron’s situational awareness and quick, decisive actions saved a customer’s life that day,” said BPT General Manager, Damarilis Lopez. “Everyone at BPT really appreciates Ron’s actions and we’re proud to call him our Real American Hero.”

Ron received a $1,000 cash prize and a very special Real American Hero cape for his lifesaving actions. Way to go!
