The recent snowstorm that slammed the Northeast U.S. had a ripple effect throughout the country, stranding one frequent traveler from Monterey, Calif. (MRY) in Phoenix– with her luggage back in Boston. Once she arrived home to MRY, she approached the counter and was assisted by Envoy Station Agent Mike Curvin.
