Testing out New Threads

ORD wear testers

Dozens of Envoy employees are participating in a wear test of American’s new uniform designs, donning prototypes of the new uniform during their workday over an eight-week-long wear test.

The goal of the test is to collect constructive feedback from employees on what works and what could be improved with the new uniform. During the test, participants will use an app to record their feedback on the uniform’s durability, comfort, stretch, stain-resistance, fit and function, among other important criteria. Most importantly, the wear test will focus on making sure the new uniform stands up to the wear and tear of working conditions.

Shown here in Chicago are (l-r) Envoy’s Passenger Service Agent Danny Yakel, Jr., Flight Attendant Mayra Rosado, Passenger Service Supervisor Joselo Sostre and First Officer Eddie Jorge. Looking good!
