A great time for a good cause

Envoy Golf

Early morning thunderstorms couldn’t dampen the spirits at the Envoy Annual Golf Outing, held May 21 at Trophy Club Country Club in Dallas/Fort Worth. The greens may have been a little soggy, but the skies cleared and the rain held off, allowing players in both the morning and afternoon rounds to enjoy a day on the links.

Hat’s off to organizers Jack Badgero and Erik Gill (shown at left in the picture) and the many sponsors and volunteers who once again made this event a success. The proceeds are still being tallied, but Envoy expects to donate $25,000 in support of the “Sole Sisters,” a team of DFW-area women participating in the Susan G. Komen “Three-Day Walk” to end breast cancer.
