LGA Team 2 wins the Envoy Team Challenge!



To introduce some friendly competition at the station, the LaGuardia (LGA) Passenger Service team sponsored a six-week “Envoy Team Challenge” from Aug. 15 through Sept. 30, aimed at boosting station performance. Dividing agents into three teams, they competed on key metrics such as on-time departures, quick turns, customer commendation letters and other service measures.

“This has become an annual challenge,” said Passenger Service Manager Althea McBurnie. “Congratulations to Team 2, who earned the most points to win the event!” Team 2 is pictured above – Great job, LGA!
