Stay true to yourself and your principles.
What keeps you motivated in a fast-pasted industry like aviation?
It sounds cliché, but choosing to do work that you enjoy. I’m inspired by the employees around me and living my passion.
What’s the most rewarding part of your current position?
As leader of our LAX operation, I’m lucky enough to be in a position to bring about positive change through team engagement and collaboration. It really makes a difference for me to see the team working together and with our mainline colleagues and having fun.
What might people not know about you?
I was an inductee to the Campbell University women’s basketball Hall of Fame!
