Envoy and CWA Reach Tentative Agreement on Initial Agreement

Posted

I’m pleased to announce that a Tentative Agreement has been reached with our Customer Services Agents, who voted for representation by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) in late 2015.

My sincere thanks to the negotiating committees at Envoy and the CWA who worked very hard to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. I understand that full details of the Tentative Agreement will be provided by the CWA and sent to our agents for a full membership ratification.

I commend both negotiating teams for their efforts and commitment to the future of Envoy. Much work and discussion went into creating an Agreement that would satisfy all parties and establish the framework for a stronger and more collaborative working relationship for years to come. Keep up the great work!
