The results for the first quarter of 2022 (1Q22) are in, and we’re pleased to share that American awarded Envoy teams in Beaumont, Texas (BPT) and Laredo, Texas (LRD) with a 1Q22 Customer Cup win for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Special kudos also goes to the Envoy team in Dayton, Ohio (DAY), who will join their American Airlines colleagues to celebrate a win at the station.
The Customer Cup program groups stations into categories of similar size and operational likeness and awards the prestigious Customer Cup (shown above) to winning stations in each category.
