The DFW Hub which includes mainline and Envoy ground handled regional operations combined, closed 2025 with a historic milestone, delivering the best Mishandled Bag Ratio (MBR) performance in its history. Team DFW achieved an impressive 13.21 MBR, surpassing the 2025 goal of 13.50 and outperforming the previous record set in 2017. This achievement came despite handling nearly 24 million bags—2.7 million more than the previous year—and navigating operational challenges such as construction projects and irregular operations.

Envoy contributed to this success by finishing 25% better than goal and maintaining consistency across domestic transfers, international transfers and reroutes, all of which hit record-low contributions DFW’s overall MBR for 2025.
