We’re pleased to share that American Airlines has awarded Envoy the Premium Guest Services (PGS) contract at New York John F. Kennedy (JFK) airport, starting March 10.
From a wide range of services at the airport, to driving individuals on the ramp to make their connections and more, PGS team members ensure that American’s Concierge Key and other high-status customers receive the best service when traveling on American, American Eagle and other oneworld carriers. Envoy currently employs PGS employees at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Miami International Airport (MIA) and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).
