Digital Engagement & Partnerships Manager Jessica Stettler brings intention and excellence to everything she touches. Her biggest motivation is being a mom of two — an experience that has shaped her into an exceptionally organized, patient and purpose-driven leader. The qualities she models for her children guide how she shows up for her team, approaching every project with clarity and care.
Jessica’s care and commitment to the Envoy brand, the candidates we attract and the customers we serve earned her an Envoy President’s Award win for the 2025 program year. But that’s not all – Jessica also recently received outside recognition as an EIMA Marketer of the Year.
Jessica shared details about her journey, motivations and steppingstones to working at Envoy.
What inspired your aviation career and path to your current role?
Prior to Envoy, I worked in the travel industry and aviation felt like a natural next step. I started as a Social Specialist at Envoy in 2016, which was a newly created role at the time. I launched our social channels and have since grown them from the ground up. What started as organic social grew into paid social and digital marketing initiatives, Public Relations, event planning, web development and more! I’ve learned a lot of new skills over the years and am so thankful for the opportunity to grow.
What sets your approach to work apart?
I would say I get my work ethic from my dad, who built and ran his own successful business for over 30 years. Growing up, I watched him approach every task with discipline, consistency and a strong attention to detail. He believed in doing things the right way, even when it took more time or effort, and that mindset really shaped how I view work.
From him, I learned the importance of taking ownership, staying committed and holding myself to high standards. I carry that with me in how I approach my responsibilities today, putting in the effort to do quality work and staying focused on long-term results.
Memorable career moments or milestones?

I’ve been lucky enough to have many memorable career moments, but one of the first things I got to work on at Envoy was planning the 2016 Aviation Day event in coordination with our colleagues at American. That year, American arranged to have flight crew ring the NASDAQ stock market closing bell as part of the celebration and my social media posts were broadcast on the Nasdaq Marquee in Times Square! I thought that was cool and I was tickled to see my work on such a giant platform.
In 2024, I also was able to use my flight privileges to travel to London with my family to attend the Digital Women Awards and Conference. I was named a Digital Woman to Watch and a runner up for Social Media Manager of the Year. Since then, I have also received additional honors from Digital Women and took home the Marketer of the Year award from the DFW IMA in 2025 and 2026.
What do you enjoy most about working at Envoy?
The people! I often write articles for our blog highlighting our employees and I really enjoy getting to know people from other work groups outside of my team. Our double life series is incredible as it highlights employees who have interesting hobbies outside of work and it never ceases to amaze me how many cool stories and talented people we have at Envoy!
A valuable lesson from your career?
A valuable lesson I’ve learned is that while you should always invest in yourself, you should also invest in your relationships with others. One idea that’s really stuck with me from a recent Harvard leadership course is that people are not a resource, they are *the source* of all value creation. That perspective has further shaped how I approach relationships and leadership, and I think it applies to just about every stage of a career and life.
Any passions or hobbies outside of work?
My biggest role outside of work is being a mom of two, and I think it’s shaped me more than any hobby could. It’s made me more organized, more patient, and incredibly intentional with my time. More than that, it gives me purpose — I want to model a strong work ethic for my kids, and that drives how I show up every day.
