Celebrating Our 4Q25 Customer Cup Winner

Yesterday, American Airlines announced its Customer Cup winners for the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q25), and we’re excited to recognize the Envoy team in Key West, Florida (EYW) for their outstanding performance and fourth quarter win! This is their second win in 2025, since they also won a 2Q25 Customer Cup.

We also want to highlight a 3Q25 Customer Cup win that hasn’t yet received its moment in the spotlight. Cedar Rapids, Iowa (CID) earned a Customer Cup in third quarter of 2025 (3Q25), and although their celebration was delayed, we’ll be sharing a dedicated article later this week to honor their achievement.

Stations are grouped into categories based on operational likeness under the Customer Cup program and then ranked based on a range of operational metrics, such as Departure Performance (D0), Turn Performance (T0), Mishandled Bag Ratio (MBR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is the likelihood that customers will recommend their travel experience to friends and family members. Each winning station demonstrated exceptional operational performance and delivered excellent customer satisfaction to earn their Cup.
