On Wednesday, September 24, Envoy’s Culture, Respect and Engagement at Work (CREW) team proudly hosted the annual Culture Fest at Envoy Headquarters in Irving, Texas. This year’s celebration—Culture Fest 2025—was a vibrant day of learning, laughter, and connection, where colleagues came together to share stories, traditions, and the universal language of food and music. The event beautifully embodied the theme: “World Within Our Walls.”
The festivities kicked off with a high-energy dance performance by our featured guests from St. Kitts, who also shared stories about their island’s heritage. Their presence set the tone for a day filled with cultural pride and artistic expression.
Attendees explored 20 immersive booths—10 representing countries from around the world and 10 showcasing interactive art projects, our American Airlines Credit Union, and employee-led groups including PRIDE and Mental Health. Each country booth offered traditional foods, drinks, and decorations, turning the room into a vibrant journey across continents.
Live performances added rhythm and soul to the celebration, with the St. Kitts team returning for another show-stopping act and some of our Iranian employees playing a set traditional folk music that drew enthusiastic applause. Guests were treated to an array of international flavors—from savory bites to sweet treats and aromatic coffees—courtesy of the country booths.
Upon arrival, attendees received a Culture Fest Passport, stamped at each booth they visited. Completed passports were entered into raffle giveaways, adding an interactive twist to the experience.
Envoy extends heartfelt gratitude to our featured country, St. Kitts, for their unforgettable performances and delicious cuisine. We also want to recognize our incredible volunteers, who made the event possible—from decorating and staffing booths to preparing food and welcoming guests.
