With the Indianapolis 500 in the rearview, this year’s race delivered a historic finish and a high-energy week across the city. Behind the scenes at Indianapolis International Airport (IND), Envoy employees rose to the challenge, supporting a surge of customers during one of the busiest and most demanding travel periods of the year.

To keep operations running smoothly, IND was supported by leaders and team members from across the system who stepped in on temporary duty assignments (TDY). Their flexibility, teamwork and commitment made a meaningful impact during a week marked by strong load factors and a fast-paced summer schedule.
