By day, Cece Harris helps keep Envoy’s operation running smoothly as a Crew Scheduler, working behind the scenes to ensure flights are properly staffed. Off the clock, she steps from behind the computer to in front of the mixer as the entrepreneur and creative force behind MsTique Sweet Treatz, a bakery and cake bar experience.
Cece’s path to Envoy was shaped by a long-standing connection to aviation. “I’ve always been drawn to aviation and the structure it brings,” she shared. After years in the cabin as a Flight Attendant, she brought her problem-solving skills to Crew Scheduling. These days, no two shifts look the same—but she now enjoys being behind the scenes, ensuring flights are staffed and running smoothly.

Outside of work, her creativity and problem-solving take center stage in a very different way. Baking has long been part of her life, starting with simple pound cakes for family and friends. Over time, those small gestures turned into something bigger. People weren’t just enjoying them, they kept coming back, placing orders and asking for more. That’s when it clicked: it was time to take it seriously.
That realization led to the launch of MsTique Sweet Treatz, a business full of creativity and connection. Customers can order custom pound cakes and cupcakes online, but her primary focus is creating custom cake and cocktail experiences at events.
“I wanted to create something of my own that brought people joy, something fun, bold and a little indulgent,” she said, noting how much she enjoys watching customers light up as they build their own cakes.
Balancing a full-time role in crew scheduling with a growing business takes discipline and intentionality. She plans ahead, preps and bakes in advance and dedicates her time off to growing the business. “It’s not always easy, but I’m passionate about both, and that keeps me going.”
For those looking to follow a similar path, her advice is straightforward: “Don’t wait until everything is perfect. You learn by doing.” Staying consistent, being willing to adjust and betting on yourself, she added, can make all the difference.
