Envoy A&P Mechanic Military Transition Program

In Support of All Who Served

Envoy has a proud history of celebrating and supporting the men and women who serve our country in the U.S. military.

One of the many ways we continue that support is to provide pathways for service members to transition from military to civilian life.

The Envoy Military Transition Program (MTP) for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics is designed for prior servicemembers with military aviation maintenance training/experience to transfer their training and knowledge to FAA certification. The MTP also provides $5,000 in tuition assistance and course materials paid for by Envoy.

This three-week test prep course is held at US Aviation in Denton, Texas, and is not a training course.

If you have A&P-related job duty codes and have an FAA Form 8610-2 signed by a Flight Standards District Offices (FSDO), you are invited to apply and interview for the Envoy MTP. After a successful application and interview, you will be offered a conditional job offer to the MTP, pending background and drug screening.
