Online new-hire Flight Attendant training is here

Posted

All across the globe, schools, training centers and other learning facilities have adapted by introducing online remote learning models as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier this week, the Envoy Flight Service Training team launched a new, FAA-approved online learning model for new-hire Flight Attendants designed to keep instructors and Flight Attendant trainees safe during this time.

“This was a total success, with instructors and trainees all doing a great job adapting to this new way of delivering training,” said Managing Director, Flight Service Training, Jomarie Toro. “Along with learning policies, procedures and more, the trainees also heard from Envoy President & CEO, Pedro Fábregas and Vice President, Flight Service, Linda Kunz. Both gave words of encouragement to our soon-to-be newest Flight Attendants.”

“Across Envoy, we’re working to keep employees and customers safe, and training is no different,” added Vice President, Safety, Security & Environmental, Scott Trepinski. “We’re pleased to offer new technologies to safely adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
