Video: Outstanding Flight Attendant Awards 2025

Envoy Flight Attendants come from different backgrounds, experiences and are located at different crew bases, but this year’s Outstanding Flight Attendant (OFA) recipients shared one thing in common: a commitment to making every passenger feel seen, valued and cared for.

In September, the Flight Service team gathered at the C.R. Smith Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, to celebrate the 2025 Outstanding Flight Attendant Awards. Each year, Flight Attendants are nominated by their peers for this award, with customer feedback, attendance and uniform appearance standards also considered in the selection process.

As leaders shared stories about this year’s recipients, a common theme emerged. Many had earned glowing praise from coworkers and customers alike for their compassion, professionalism and dedication to service. Whether helping travelers through challenging situations or creating memorable moments onboard, each recipient demonstrated what it means to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

“Even when things don’t go exactly as planned, Flight Attendants have the ability to completely change the customer experience,” said Dee Temples, Senior Vice President of Air Operations.

For recipient Jane Siegel, a Flight Attendant from Chicago, Illinois (ORD), the recognition was especially meaningful.

“What motivates me is simply living the dream I’ve had since the 1980s,” she shared.

Closing the event, Vice President of Flight Service Linda Kunz thanked the winners for the lasting impact they make every day.

“You make people feel important and special, and that’s something they’ll remember long after their flight ends,” she said. “You leave a lasting impression of Envoy on our passengers, and this recognition is well deserved.”

Congratulations to all of our 2025 Outstanding Flight Attendant Award recipients and thank you for representing Envoy with excellence every day.
