As a small way to recognize Envoy pilots who consistently work hard to maintain high performance, every quarter Envoy’s Reporting and Analytics team examines operational data to determine the top-performing pilots across all of Envoy.
The team examines on-time departures, turn and block time performance, as well as delay codes across the whole Envoy operation to determine the best of the best. And as an added bonus, all pilots selected as “high performing” are entered into a prize drawing, with the winners selected at random. And for the first quarter of 2017, we’re pleased to announce that Envoy Captains Chris Ramirez and James Hudek, and First Officers Ryan Pool and Walt Baez will all receive new flight bags for their focus on performance. Way to go!
