On Monday, Sept. 10, more than 70 employees from stations all around the system came to Envoy Headquarters (EHQ) to talk about baggage. Specifically, to share best practices, recognize stations that have great baggage performance, work through operational issues, listen to news and updates from our colleagues at American and more.
“This was our very first Baggage Summit, and it was a great success,” said Karina Benavides, Envoy Baggage Performance Manager. “We recognized stations who are meeting their Mishandled Baggage Ratio (MBR) targets, listened to presentations from two speakers from American and helped make sure that no bag gets left behind at Envoy stations.
