Envoy to open Crew and Line Maintenance base at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

Envoy is moving forward with plans to establish both a Flight Crew base and a Maintenance base at Washington National Airport (DCA) in support of the broader American Airlines network strategy. This expansion is designed to enhance operational reliability, optimize aircraft routing and strengthen our presence in a key strategic market.

The addition of DCA will provide increased flexibility in crew scheduling, improve maintenance coverage, and support continued growth and performance across the American Airlines regional network.

DCA will become Envoy’s fifth crew base, and the company’s eleventh maintenance base, marking another important milestone in our network evolution and long-term operational strategy.

The official startup date and additional implementation details will be communicated at a later time.

Envoy Crew & Maintenance Bases

Envoy’s crew and maintenance bases are strategically positioned to optimize coverage and connectivity across the American Airlines domestic network and broader system. Envoy continues to take delivery of additional Embraer 175 aircraft, supporting a committed fleet plan of at least 214 aircraft.

*Aircraft Maintenance work performed by Eagle Aviation Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Envoy Aviation Group.
