Of the more than 400 nominations received, Nancy was named a finalist in the Talent and Culture Leadership Award category.

The Leadership Excellence Awards honor North Texas executives who drive performance with purpose. The program recognizes executives distinguished not only by business results, but by intentional leadership, strong cultures, ethical decision-making, and long-term impact.

All finalists will be featured in the September issue of D CEO, and winners will be revealed at an exclusive awards celebration later that month.
