Continuing Our Partnership with AIM

Our commitment to hiring the best Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) possible grows each day, and recently that growth was marked by an extension of our partnership with the Aviation Institute of Maintenance(AIM) at an event hosted at their Atlanta, Georgia (ATL) location.

Similar to events hosted at AIM Kansas City and AIM Chicago, members of the Envoy Air Operations Recruiting and Aircraft Maintenance teams joined AIM leadership to present students with some scholarships and talk about the importance of earning your certifications and the opportunities that come from joining the largest regional carrier for American Airlines.

“No matter where students are in their training, getting face time with the recruiters and managers at a large regional airline is an invaluable opportunity,” said Envoy PHX Maintenance Base Manager Nathan Hewitt. “As a base manager myself, I love getting the chance to connect with these students knowing that they are the future of the industry.”

After the scholarship presentation in the school’s hangar, the students joined Envoy and AIM leadership in the library to unveil a dedicated partnership wall and answer questions one-on-one with AIM students seeking more information about Envoy.

Our partnership with AIM at their ATL location was the next, but certainly not the last. Stay tuned for more updates on our continued work with AIM!
