The 2026 Envoy Charity Golf Event Scores Another Hole-in-One

Last month, Envoy hosted our 19th annual Charity Golf Tournament to raise funds in support of Coats 4 Kids Ride, a local organization dedicated to providing new jackets to underserved children in our community.

Together with over 100 partner vendors from across the aviation industry – including long-term sponsors who have been here since the beginning, and some new ones looking to join in the fun – we spent a day teeing off and giving back.

“It’s incredible to see how much this tournament has expanded over the years,” said Envoy Director of Stores & IT Support Jack Badgero. “When we first started hosting this event, we had about 150 golfers. This year, there are 576 golfers on the course, and another 60 on the waiting list.”

Those golfers were spread across two different courses and teed off in two different rounds, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, raising funds not only through their tournament registration, but by purchasing raffle tickets to win prizes donated from sponsors at the end of each round.

“We’ve been working with Coats 4 Kids Ride since 2020 and it’s amazing to see how many people show up every year to support them through this event,” said Envoy Vice President of Technical Services Curtis Coble. “It’s not just the golfers that show up to support either. We have over 50 volunteers who spend a lot of time at the course with us making sure everything runs smoothly, so a tremendous thank you goes out to everyone who makes this event happen.”

Over the years, this event has raised enough money to put thousands of coats in the hands of kids who need them, and this year added even more to the total. At Envoy, we’re proud to work alongside our large network of our industry peers to make events like this a success.
