What inspired you to pursue a career in aviation? Can you tell us about your career path and what led you to your current position?

I began my career in aviation at 18 years old, and from my very first day, I knew this industry was where I belonged. I was inspired by the fast-paced environment, the opportunity to help people during important moments in their travels, and the teamwork required to keep operations running smoothly. Over the past 35 years, I have been fortunate to grow through a variety of roles, from frontline to Trainer and now back into the operation as Shift Manager for Support Services.

What do you believe sets your approach to work apart from others?

I lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability. I believe in serving both our passengers and our employees by being present, approachable, and willing to work together.

Are there any memorable moments or significant milestones in your career that stand out to you?

There have been many meaningful moments throughout my career, but one of the most recent has been advancing into Shift Manager role after several years of serving as Trainer.

How do you stay motivated and maintain high standards in your work?

I remind myself that every passenger interaction matters and that every decision we make can impact someone’s travel experience.

What is your favorite part about working at Envoy? What has been the most rewarding aspect of your career so far?

My favorite part about working at Envoy is the people. I enjoy building relationships, collaborating with different departments, and finding solutions that improve both the employee and passenger experience.

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is that leadership is about serving others. Success isn’t measured by your title but by the positive impact you have on the people around you.

Are there any hobbies or interests outside of work that you’re passionate about?

My faith is an important part of my life and guides the way I lead and interact with others. I also value opportunities to rest, recharge, and spend quality time with those important to me, as I believe maintaining balance helps me bring my best to both my personal and professional life.
