Pedro Fábregas

President & CEO

Pedro Fábregas serves as the President and CEO of Envoy Air, guiding it to become one of the largest regional airlines globally. With a workforce of over 20,000 employees, Envoy Air operates more than 800 daily flights across 160 cities in various regions, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and The Bahamas. Pedro’s journey in the aviation industry began in 1983 at American Airlines, where he advanced through various roles in Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, ultimately holding the position of Vice President of Finance & Planning. He later became the President and CEO of Executive Airlines, a subsidiary of AMR Corp at the time.

Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance from the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico and a Master’s degree from the University of Miami’s School of Business Administration in Coral Gables, Florida.

Beyond his leadership at Envoy Air, Pedro is a Senior Vice President at American Airlines and an officer at American Airlines Group, its parent company. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the American Airlines Federal Credit Union and has spent eight years on the Board of Overseers for the University of Miami’s School of Business.

His contributions and leadership have earned him widespread recognition, including a spot on the “Corporate Elite” list by Hispanic Business Magazine in 2013, celebrating the top 25 Hispanic business leaders in America. For nine consecutive years, D CEO magazine has listed him among the Dallas 500, the most influential business leaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Additionally, the Dallas Business Journal honored him as one of North Texas’s Most Admired CEOs, and he received the Reader’s Choice Award.
