We are excited to start the new year with great news. Later this year, American Airlines Group (AAG) will take delivery of three newly manufactured Embraer 175 (E175) aircraft to be assigned to the Envoy fleet. Deliveries will begin during the fourth quarter of 2022 and will increase our E175 fleet to 101 aircraft by end of the year.
“Last year we celebrated the introduction of the E175 to Miami, expanding our service to international markets and solidifying the service we provide to American’s network,” said Envoy Senior Vice President, Air Operations, Dee Temples. “Envoy has also successfully integrated the E170 into our system with impressive dispatch reliability. Despite the ongoing challenge of COVID-19, our teams are working diligently to deliver excellent performance. American’s investment in these three additional E175s for Envoy is a result of everyone’s dedication to safety and quality. Thanks to our teams, Envoy will continue to play a key role in American’s success.”
