In this edition of Taking Off, we meet Diego Nuñez, General Manager at Columbus, Ohio (CMH). As General Manager, Diego oversees the day-to-day operations of Envoy’s services and is responsible for driving overall station performance. A 2024 graduate of the Customer Services Management Development Program (CSMDP), Diego has built his career through a commitment to operational excellence and employee development. During his time as General Manager at Houston, Texas (HOU), he helped lead the station to its first Customer Cup win in 2Q25. What Diego enjoys most about his role is seeing employees grow in their careers, and he remains grateful for the opportunities Envoy has provided throughout his journey.
