On September 10 Envoy began the ground handling operations in Syracuse, New York (SYR). Employees from several stations, along with representatives from Envoy, American, Safety and TDY teams, came together to support the launch and help welcome the newest station.

Thanks to the strong support network, the new SYR team hit the ground running. Employees received hands-on training, coaching and mentorship as they began building the foundation for a successful operation.

“The team is engaged, eager to learn and excited about the opportunity to build something great together,” said Kathy Rice, Regional Managing Director, Northeast. “Startups are never easy, but this one got off to a strong start because of the commitment and teamwork shown by everyone involved.”
