They may be new, but the Envoy team at South Bend, Indiana (SBN) wasted no time proving their capabilities. Envoy started providing ground handling at SBN in February 2025. Just a few short months later, the station is already celebrating as the proud recipient of an American Airlines Customer Cup for outstanding operational performance and customer satisfaction in the third quarter of 2025 (3Q25).
Mike Stevenson, SBN General Manager, said that while the team is new, “everyone pulled together and got it done! The employees at South Bend are the core of everything we do. Without them, we wouldn’t be here today.”
The station marked the achievement with a celebration attended by Envoy leadership, honoring the team for a job well done. A catered lunch was served, and both the team and airport administration were invited to share in the festivities.
