Envoy employees at Miami International Airport (MIA) and members of the Culture, Respect and Engagement at Work (CREW) team recently gathered at the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Auditorium for the 2026 MIA Culture Fest.

This year’s celebration featured food, music, dancing, raffles and giveaways, along with displays highlighting countries across North, Central and South America, Spain and the Caribbean.

“By sharing our traditions, food and stories, we strengthened our connections and celebrated what makes the Miami team truly special. It was a wonderful way to show that our differences bring us together,” said Migdoel Rosa, Vice President of the Miami Hub and Region.

The event reflected the power of collaboration and the people who make the Miami team stronger.
