Due to popular demand, we’re pleased to share that our Day Zero bonus for eligible pilots with qualifying Part 121.436 flight hours is now extended through March 31, 2024! That’s up to $100K paid on the day before eligible pilots start training with Envoy.

“In 2022, Envoy hired just shy of 600 pilots to operate our growing fleet of Embraer aircraft,” said Envoy Vice President, Flight Operations, Capt. Ric Wilson. “Whether you’re just starting out and want to join our Cadet Program, or have experience at another carrier, there’s never been a better time to join Envoy.”

The journey, and the destination

And the great news doesn’t stop there – we’re also pleased to share that our pilot pay premium is now extended through December 31, 2026. In addition to great quality of life benefits such as a longevity match for experience at other carriers, long call reserve, a great commuter policy and much more, Envoy First Officers currently receive Captain pay once they reach 750 hours of eligible flight time with us.

Go with the flow

Want to fly for American Airlines with no additional interview required? With Envoy’s industry-leading flow-through program you can. And, if you don’t flow to American after five years of flying for Envoy, you’ll jump to the Year 20 pay scale with us.
